What you get
One subscription covers building, hosting and administration. Everything below is included. Anything else gets a separate quote before you pay a single leu. SiteStabil is a simple presentation website, up to 10 pages, for a professional online presence.
Up to 10 business pages, unique design, tailored to your business, not a template recycled a thousand times. Legal pages are extra and the 6 launch articles are not counted in the 10-page limit. May include presentation pages, services or products, About, Contact, blog articles, simple contact form, phone or WhatsApp buttons, map and social links, with SEO, AEO and GEO best practices, security, performance and responsive design.
One request per month, up to 30 minutes of work, reasonably estimated by us. Tell us what to change, we deliver in 3-5 business days. Unused in a month does not roll over.
Shared hosting on a VPS in Vienna, EU (Netcup), on the same Coolify host with logical isolation per container, not a dedicated physical server per client. SSL certificate, automatic monitoring via UptimeRobot or an equivalent service for fast detection, security updates kept current. Monitoring helps us intervene quickly, it is not an uptime guarantee.

Simple rules
One change is a single request you send in one message and we can execute within 30 minutes, reasonably estimated by us based on complexity. One change per month is included; unused does not roll over. Delivery is usually 3-5 business days after a complete request, with confirmation within one business day, without unsustainable promises.
Additional changes beyond the one included cost 150 lei each. Requests exceeding 30 minutes are assessed and quoted separately at the hourly rate communicated upfront. Urgent requests (24-48 hour delivery) carry a 50% surcharge, with prior agreement. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days from a complete request, with confirmation within one business day. The required time is reasonably estimated by the provider.

Technology in plain words
Our websites are modern static pages: they load almost instantly, are hard to break and need no complicated maintenance. They are hosted shared on a VPS in Vienna, EU (Netcup), on the same Coolify host with logical isolation per container, not on a dedicated physical server per client. We monitor availability automatically via UptimeRobot or an equivalent technical service, for fast detection, verification and intervention within our access, including notifying Netcup when the issue is on their infrastructure. Monitoring is not a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, we offer no SLA with guaranteed uptime and we cannot guarantee a fixed remediation time when we depend on an external provider. We assume a duty of diligence and best practices to restore operation as quickly as possible. Content is edited through us, so there is no admin panel to learn. And if you want to work with an AI assistant on your own code, you get a step-by-step manual.
Honest visibility
Every website ships with correct technical structure, good mobile speed and clear texts that both Google and AI assistants can read easily. We implement SEO, AEO and GEO best practices, content structuring, performance, security and mobile experience. We configure Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools on your accounts. What we cannot promise: first place in Google, indexing of all pages, appearance in AI answers, citation by engines or assistants, a number of visitors, leads, sales or conversions by a fixed deadline. Results also depend on competition, content, domain authority, history, algorithm changes and independent decisions of search and AI platforms.

You do. The code sits in your repository from day one, the domain is registered under your company and when you leave you receive everything: code, documentation and migration guide.
The standard subscription: 1490 lei initial fee plus 99 lei per month, or 990 lei per year (two months free). For the first 10 companies in the pilot, with a manually issued code, the initial cost is 0 lei and the subscription stays at standard price (99 lei / month or 990 lei / year), with a 6-month minimum term. Request the code at salut@gabrielursan.ro (partnership, event attendance or no-budget grant) subject to monthly availability.
A builder looks cheaper, but the time and the limits are yours: you build, you maintain, and the platform owns the site. With SiteStabil you get a unique design written from scratch, code you own and full administration. If you just want to experiment on your own, a builder is a fair choice.
You give 30 days notice, we hand everything over documented and your website can be moved anywhere. On the pilot, if you leave before 6 months, you pay the difference up to the standard initial fee (1490 lei), minus what you already paid.
