I did not start as an agency.
In 2008 I started my first blog. The agency came much later.
2008
It was not a business plan. It was a place to put pages up and see if anyone would read them. I learned web design and SEO there, not at an agency school. What a slow page feels like. What a clear one feels like. I have rebuilt the blog since then. The 2008 stats are gone. The year remains.
Community
A community formed. I wrote, I read, I won copywriting contests. No prize names on this page. What remained is not a trophy. It is a habit: we write plainly. If a sentence cannot stand without agency adjectives, we do not publish it.
2012
In 2012 I became marketing manager at aBeauty Clinique, then the largest aesthetics clinic network in Romania. That is where I saw what a business that has to run every day looks like, not a site that looks good for a month. Appointments, locations, people who call and people who stop calling. The site was a piece of a system, not a portfolio piece.
And today, partner.
What I learned
Things moved on. I learned more. I realised I want, through what I know, to leave people with new technology that is safe, stable and robust. So they can look after the value in their firm, not how a website looks or moves.
2016
That is when I registered the company. It is not a launch year with confetti. It is the year the work also had a legal entity. The agency on ursan.org is newer than that. The work is not.
Now
The agency is new. The work is not. AI agents work here too, on the work, not as a show. We build websites and applications around your problem, not a package. One email and we take it from there. You look after what makes money. We look after how the site stands up. 17 live websites, from clinics to tourism and legal. That is the proof.
